Acme
Corporation was rated one of the most successful companies in 2017 by Fortune
magazine. And we couldn't have done it without your hard work. Unfortunately,
working hard doesn't leave much time for meetings and conferences. To help
solve this problem, the IT department will be introducing Jamboards in October
2017.
Jamboards
are collaborative digital whiteboards. They allow individuals and groups to
interact with each other in real time, similar to Google Docs. To create an
item, write your information on the Jamboard, give it a title, and press Save.
To add to an item, simply press the Start button, scroll to the item, select it
and add your own notes, then Save. An email notification will be sent, alerting
other contributors of changes. The best part is that you don't have to be in
the same room; Jamboards will be installed in every conference room campus
wide. All you'll have to do is locate your nearest conference room, create an
item or add your notes, and continue with your day.
